I am a journalist and a third-culture kid with roots in Berlin, Prague, D.C. and Kazakhstan. Through my work, I tell stories about places, history, culture, lifestyle, current affairs and the people who shape all of those things – both for broadcast media and on my own channel. You may have seen my face or heard my voice on Deutsche Welle's channels DW News, Travel, Euromaxx and Berlin Fresh.

I produce journalism built for social platforms, so I know first-hand what makes a story stop the scroll while still upholding journalistic standards and integrity. 

My mission is to preserve the principles of journalism in an ever-evolving social media landscape, and to bring underreported stories from Central Asia, the former Soviet republics and immigrant communities to a broader audience.
